YOGA FOSTERS COMMUNITY

For over 50 years, OnTrack Rogue Valley has provided vital addiction treatment and recovery services. They offer outpatient and residential treatment options for adults and teens for substance abuse and addiction, DUII, domestic abuse and other behavioral health issues.

Public Yoga

One-third of all donations received in my Recovery Yoga (Y12SR) class go to support OnTrack. Thanks to everyone who contributes each week. 

Yoga in In-Patient Treatment 

Thanks to the generous 'Off the Mat Into the World' grant offered by Y12SR I've been able to share Yoga with OnTrack's inpatient clients weekly. I also had the pleasure of sharing yoga with the teens at the Hearts With a Mission teen shelter.
