Sadie helped me in ways I never anticipated. She taught me more than yoga poses....breathing, meditation, core work (I never expected), use of mantras, yoga philosophy, and she gave encouragement and built confidence like a personal trainer! In her classes, she takes the time to work with students on their alignments, gives alternate poses so those of us who can't quite do some poses, can still feel like full participants in the class.
