Meet Sadie Barr

Meet Sadie, a highly experienced professional who has helped thousands of people affected by addiction find their center and reclaim their power. She combines various modalities, including yoga, meditation, and breathwork, to help her clients achieve their goals.


Sadie holds a BS in Psychology and Human Development and has been trained in ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences). Her 500hr Yoga Teaching Certification is grounded in Neuroscience, Ayurveda, and Trauma-Informed care. Sadie’s meditations and courses on the Insight Timer app are rated among the top in their category.


Sadie is also a person who has personally struggled with addiction. She has been clean and sober since 2011 and has used her personal experiences to inform her work as a professional.
