ABOUT THE TEACHER
Hi, I'm Sadie Barr and I've been teaching Yoga in Grants Pass since 2014. I'm certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance and currently in training to complete my Yoga Therapy certification.
I've had the pleasure of collaborating with many local organizations fundraising and bringing Yoga to their clientele. Some include Hearts With a Mission, Asante, OnTrack Rogue Valley, Rogue Valley Humane Society, and Goodwill Southern Oregon.
Yoga is more than physical exercise- its community and relationship.
